Real estate sells faster when a solid set of photographs are presented in the listing. Today this house on Crossbridge Rd in Westminster, Md., was photographed for a listing to go active this week. Enjoy the photos and pass on to anyone looking for a house. 

Having seen many photos of the Concord Point Lighthouse, I decided one Saturday to drive over and actually see the area. What a great surprise to see a promenade right on the Susquehanna River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. The wooden walkway travels about 3 miles through marshy areas right along the waters edge. A great day trip with several restaurants, and other attractions. While there, a blue heron was perched on a pier just watching the people looking at it. After quite a few pics of the heron, I walked along the promenade to other areas to see what all could be seen. Of course the Concord Point Lighthouse was in the viewfinder and many shots of the lighthouse were taken. As I was walking back to the main area, a bald eagle was flying overhead. Not many people recognized the bird until I made it known. All eyes were then skyward and as I was capturing the bald eagle, an osprey came down at the eagle with talons spread telling the eagle he was trespassing. Enjoy the photos and make sure you get over to the promenade soon. 

Started out at the Weddings on Memory Lane in Hershey Pa for the pre ceremony photos. What an amazing grounds for either the ceremony or reception or both- they have the barn, arbor with lights, and then the lake with a gazebo.. just a great place. The bride and her bridesmaids were located upstairs in the house getting their makeup and hair finalized, while the guys were downstairs preparing. Took some outside photos before the sun and temperatures became too hot for preceremony photos, so we just packed up and went to the church- Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Roman Catholic Church near Harrisburg, Pa. A full mass ceremony was had in a most gorgeous church. The bride and groom kissed and left out the front of the church to a bubble release. Once back at the Weddings on Memory Lane, lots of great photos were taken on the grounds of the large family groups. Then special time with just the bride and groom walking to the pond and then to the side of the 200 year plus old barn.. Great wonderful time, then was capped off with the bridal party entrance, dancing, eating and socializing. Klonk Entertainment provided the music and kept the dancing going to the very end where a sparkler send off occurred on the side of the barn.
